Just came back from a visit to Bob Polack’s Edible landscape in Cape Girardeau on the Mississippi. I can’t tell you how wonderful this suburban lot is. Just for the scents alone it is worth the trip, let alone the abundance of vegetables, fruits and herbs. It is always so encouraging to see what is possible on a small piece of property. And the reality of it is that anyone can make it happen.
