Here is a television segment on my friend Jim Kovaleski in Florida. Jim is making a living off of his and his mother’s suburban lots. I just finished teaching in Florida and we had the pleasure of visiting Jim’s place. It is truly inspiring to see what one person can do and not kill himself doing it.
