How do we break these patterns of insanity? I say that the first step is awakening to the reality that these historical patterns exist in the first place.
As with any “problem”, the next step is to clearly identify the true nature or underlying dynamics that cause these manifestations. Step three, remove our energy from supporting anything even remotely related to or supporting such destructive, psychopathic behavior, including our own.
As we withdraw our energies from supporting these “rackets”, we can shift our time, talents, passions and resources to create the kind of planetary reality that aligns and supports our consciousness, vision and values.
As always, it boils down to the choices we make moment by moment. What choices can you make today that support and align with who you really are and support your vision and commitment to a different planetary outcome.
