The parts were procured at the farm store. Bushings and valve. Need reducers to get it down to 3/4″ for a garden hose. Be sure to use plumber’s tape when screwing on the fittings. All I need to do now is cut and pipe for the overflow near the top and make a screen for the intake from the downspouts. Also have to rearrange the two downspouts so that they empty into the tank at the top. By the way, got kale in the ground today. Gonna take a break and continue my in depth study of “Water for Every Farm” by P.A. Yeomans. This is about the Keyline System of water catchment for broadacre Permaculture design. Will be up in Ohio next week consulting on a 66 acre site. See y’all soon!
