It delineates what was done to overturn local chicken bans in 25 cities around the country. I may have mentioned this already, but I think it needs repeating. If you go before any board or council to attempt to change code it pays to have as much focused research and hands on experience behind you as possible. Remember that we are dealing with politicians, who can be deceivingly slippery.
