On our way up to the MREA Energy Fair Bill Wilson and I stopped in at former student Joel Kellum’s spectacular farm in Mineral Point, Wisconsin. Joel and his wife Jai are producing vegetables, fruits, herbs and eggs on fifteen acres for a CSA and farmer’s markets. They are developing food forests with a diversity of plant life. There were upwards of seven interns working there. Good job Joel and Jai!
