The master planning process is a joy of creation. Then the rubber meets the road (the land). Dealing with the physical reality of implementation always brings up new issues and constraints when dealing with the material world and accompanying changes in the landscape. I love the fact that when students of Frank Lloyd Wright designed something, they had to build it. Project management is more than a stone’s throw from the design. The intracacies of a site tend to dictate many changes to a design when in process. The work at Kinstone continues and will do so over the next few years.
