Yes George, Even the Pansy Flowers are Edible

I succumbed to a few pansies. For some strange reason they kept calling me. So I broke down and got some. And yes, George, the flowers are edible. In the yard all day. A gorgeous spring day. Peach blossoms, a complete sheet mulch on the front yard, fennel coming back, lavender thriving, hardy almond leafing out, grape buds, blueberries on track, raspberries on track, rhubarb rising, stockpiling clay and sand for the forthcoming cob oven that we will build with all the kids. What a day! Is there anything else you’d rather be doing? Down here in zoned out 7!
